Improvements in Pakistan will be leveraged into greater regional cooperation within the Arabian Sea, by laying the foundations for a regional coordinated approach to shark and ray management. Specific activities include development of a regional database/data sharing platform that will inform governments on progress as well as areas where government action is lacking. The results of this project will be used to develop a regional strategy for the management of sharks.
